Place reservation terms

These terms apply to reserving a place on Lokano, before the service opens. They are offered by B2Medias SA, publisher of the Lokano service, Chemin de Budron A 9, 1052 Le Mont-sur-Lausanne, Switzerland.

1. What you are reserving

By reserving your place, you express your interest in the chosen plan and get priority when accounts go live. The reservation is not a subscription: no service is billed until your account goes live.

2. Registering your card

To reserve, you register a bank card with our payment provider Stripe. Nothing is charged when you register. By registering your card, you authorise us to charge it when your account goes live, according to the plan and billing mode (annual or monthly) you have chosen.

3. Going live

We will contact you, including by phone, to agree on the date your account goes live. The first charge is made on that date. We will let you know before the charge.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), per month, excluding tax: Swiss VAT at the current rate (8.1%) is added. With annual billing, twelve months are billed in advance. The price of the chosen plan, as shown when you reserved, applies when your account goes live.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your reservation at any time before your account goes live, free of charge and without giving a reason, by writing to contact@lokano.ch. Your card is then deleted from our payment system.

6. Service terms

Lokano’s terms of use, and the cancellation terms after going live, are sent to you before the first charge and must be accepted by you.

7. Your data

The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
