What happens when a time slot is fully booked?

The quota you set is what counts: a fully booked time slot is no longer offered online. With the Business plan, a waiting list keeps interested guests in the loop.

How can I reduce no-shows?

With the Business plan, an SMS or WhatsApp reminder asks the guest to confirm or cancel. A cancellation frees up the table immediately.
